EARLY CHECK IN - you will need to call 877-741-9598 if you want an early check in around 3:00pm. Otherwise you will default to the normal check in time of 4:00pm. When you call in say you are with the "GBN Class of 67 Birthday Celebrations" block of rooms.
SPECIAL NEEDS - If you have special needs and possibly require a handicap accessible room there is a box on the room reservation form titled "Special Requirements" where you can write in comments.
